Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email; if we cannot fulfill an order we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, and product names — is owned by or licensed to Nzoia Coffee Galleria and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nzoia Coffee Galleria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
