Refund & Return Policy

Because coffee is a perishable product, we approach returns carefully. Our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with every order — please read on for how we handle returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect shipments.
Return window
Unopened bags of coffee may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons, but please reach out — we’ll work with you to make it right.
How to start a return
Email hello@nzoiacoffee.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you never received the package, please first check with neighbors and your delivery location. If still missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
