We ship from the United States. Below you’ll find our processing times, supported destinations, carriers, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. International shipping is rolling out — check back, or reach out for a custom quote.
Processing time
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of placing. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves us.
Carriers and delivery times
Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout when you need it sooner.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on your inbox.
Tracking
Once your order ships you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking by signing in to your account and opening the order.
